Current system is 2147483647 jumps away?

I sort my bookmarks by jumps, so the bookmarks of the current system are always on top.
The current system has always been 0 jumps away, consistently in known space and in w-space.
Now it's 2147483647 jumps away?

Is that on purpose? What is the reasoning here?

Of course I understand why bookmarks in _other_ Anoikis systems are MAXINT jumps away, but I am in this same very system..

EDIT: I just realized this is probably tied to the Universe changes from yesterday.. will see if I find something in the known issues/feedback threads.

Hahaha! Yes, it is.
Brilliant game design decision, those ~14 AU :p

But those two are not directly related, it's just that 2147483647 is the maximum number for a 32bit signed Integer value.
