Wormholes and Bookmarks (bug?)

So today went exploring into a wormhole. Scanned everything down, bookmarked everything. I use the People & Places window to navigate my bookmarks...And I sort my jumps column from low to high so least amount of jumps is on top. Only tonight this wasn't really possible cause the bookmarks inside the wormhole were showing as 2147483647 jumps. Where as before the patch it would show up as 0 (zero) jumps. This only seems to be happening inside wormholes, bookmarks in k-space appear to work correctly...0 jumps if you're in the same system, etc etc...

Not just wormholes. Some of my BMs have swapped places, or at least the labels have, as in i warp to spot #2 an old BM thats worked for years and find myself at spot #3 and then when i warp to #3 I find myself at spot #2.
