Class 7 Wormhole Suggestion

Just a thought for the advancement of wormhole culture.

Potential changes?
-> Carrier and Dread class sleepers.
-> Sleepers spawn on wormholes inside the C7 hole (as NPCs do on gates in k-space).
-> Sleepers spawn on POSs and engage POS mods.. maybe even the tower itself.
-> Certain Sleepers drop resources allowing the construction of "Tech III" styled combat drones.

I fully support this proposal with a slight tweak... There should only be four C7 wormholes, they have no moons (i.e. no POS) and they only connect to C6 wormholes.

I've heard that wormholes were originally designed to have fluctuating system effects, so something like this would be reletively easy to implement.

How any wormholer (especially one running for CSM) can be against adding a new class of wormhole is beyond me.

Because we have so many unoccupied ones, along with the fact "fix black holes bro". It's not needed until we can sort out what we have already. Adding something for the sake of adding something while other areas need attention is silly. How any wormholer can be against that is beyond me.

So how do you propose we entice new people to wormhole space without adding new stuff?

Who really cares about fixing black holes? All you would be doing it opening up more systems for farmers to farm. Plus, as you say, there are already some many empty systems.

Look at the bigger picture Bane.

Rek, have you even read the OP? Its all about more damn farming?

Maybe if we fixed the bad crap in Wh's and fixed POS's so that small low class corps could recruit without getting screwed all the time it would help too...

Isk farming isn't mentioned once. He talks about adding new tech (t3 drones), new sleeper ships and new AI behavior.

The sleepers that camp wormholes and attack POS don't have to drop blue tags.

FYI, a pos revamp isn't happening.

- Lower class wormhole space could use some attention, as it tends to be more densely populated. The isk from sleepers and other avenues of pve is very weak in c2 space. Maybe a slight bump in isk earning potential would do some good. Maybe even some bigger corps for N0mex to play with. haha! Be gentle guys.

- Giving C4s dual statics, one c5/c6 and one low class connection. Maybe even allow caps to jump in and out of c4s to higher class wh's, but keeping the same mass. I literally just thought of this part, so it could be a horrid idea. haha

- Fixing the self destruct inside pos shield mechanism would be fantastic as well. If not abolishing it, then give it a penalty. Something along the lines of damaging the pos when a ship sd's. This would also drive conflict because LOOOOOOOOOOOOOT

- The T3 "adjustments" I am curious to see. It MIGHT have an effect on how fleets are flown.

- Fix the damn auto sig update. You should have to scan to find a new sig. It shouldn't just automatically show up. Work for your intel you lazy bastards.

These are just a few things I can think of at 6am in the morning. I will put together something semi official as to what I believe could help.
