Need better isk faucets in 0.0

Maybe I'm doing things wrong .... but given that I'm able to make around ~100M isk/hr in High Sec L4's and only around 120M isk/hr in 0.0 (running FHs) something doesn't add up given the risks.

Personally, I think CCP has hit 0.0 PVE income with the nerf bat a little too hard.

CCP - Please re-look at 0.0 and the risk vs reward and skill/isk investment vs return for 0.0 activities. Please consider the progression within 0.0 and compared to HS.

The smell of bovine fecal matter is strong. High Sec level 4's don't generate anywhere near 100 million per hour. Travel time back and forth from the station and the rats having substantially lower bounties and the added time in salvaging and LP conversion means. Math says no.

If you have an idea you should put it in F&I. If you would like something formally introduced or voiced to CCP you can also try the CSM forums.

Otherwise this thread lacks any real content and will amount to nothing but trolling. Just like the last one that was locked for the same reason.

At least throw out a potential solution so the ideas can be argued. Ideally, that is what would happen here, but unfortunately it always just turns into a bunch of people bitching back and forth at each other and the actual content is ignored in favor of forum one-ups-manship.

I see your point. However, I think 0.0 is alot safer than h-sec atm.
Unless you're one of the rare few not on their knees bowing to Goonswarm and thus not part of it's slave alliances. If so; give it a few months and all off 0.0 will refuse to attack each other. The last capable powerblock was defeated.

Nah. What nullsec needs is a move away from faucets as a source of personal income.

…I suppose that could still make them “better” from a qualitative rather than quantitative standpoint though.

120mil an hour running FH? Are you getting faction spawns every 2nd hub? 60mil an hour is above average for me with 1 character.

I think it should be nerfed to max 30 mil/hr in Highsec and max 60 mil/hr in nullsec.

Add LP as part of the reward structure to increase income from Null Anoms and dilute the market of LP goods in high sec. Use the additional ISK pouring into the LP store sink to increase bounties in Null to compensate and prevent ISK scarcity and/or deflation.

What we need is a literal faucet in space that spews isk, which we drive our ship up to and sit at, like baby birds in the nest at feeding time.

Need more Isk sinks all over the game to be honest. The fact alliances can generate hundreds of billions just from renting space is just a testament at how much isk actually available in a game like this. The fact we could even have Trillions of ISK destroyed with no real lasting effect on the economy or the entities involved is just a testament to how much isk is readily available in this game.

There needs to be a massive reduction in available ISK from all sources.

Blue-sec is much safer than hi-sec atm. You may want to be carefull what you ask for. They might just look at it and nerf Blue-sec once again.

OP compares null sec anoms with high sec L4 missions. I hate shooting rats and avoid it like the plague, but even I can see there's something fundamentally wrong in this comparison.

Right, because new players deserve to spend 6 months in a frigate while they try to grind isk for a cruiser. Hitting isk making activities across the board really screws new players. They have a hard enough time as it is.
