Tickets regarding roster changes

Greetings competitors!

As we are coming closer to the first weekend, it is imperative that the rosters for all of the teams are finalized. If the roster for your team still has too many people, or if some of the people who are on your team cannot participate after all, you can file a ticket into the community queue and receive assistance.

Remember that you can only change the roster of your team if the player you want to add had already received an invitation before the registration ended.

If you originally only registered 12 members for your roster and/or do not need to change that roster you do not need to contact us.

The deadline for these tickets is 23:59 UTC on Friday the 21st of February. No roster changes will happen after that time.

i have sent a ticket in game under community a few days ago still haven't heard anything What?
