I´ve been doing some security missions now.
Why is my raven sometimes able to fire upon targets of my choice (for example: two missiles on one ship and three missiles on another at the same time)?
And then later on it can´t. I target five rats and the missiles just fire random, even though I try to target one certain rat.

if you have the F-keys pressed before you finish targeting the launcher will luanch the second the target is locked. So if you happen to hit F2 and then try to lock a new target - that launcher is going to go after that target the second it locks.

It sounds like that may be happening to you. This might be better suited for the 'Missions' sub-forum though.

Hmm seems like it had to do with my choice of missiles actually.
When I started to use auto-targeting missiles =)

Good to have auto targeting missiles for low sec pvp.

If an ECM ship lands on grid then auto targeting missiles will save you a lot of the time.
