Open Eared surround sound headset ?

Im looking for a OPEN eared headset or headphones that have surround sound. Either or if its just headphones i can just buy a tabletop mic.

The biggest thing is i have to be able to hear whats going on around me... so best way to describe it i guess would be have the ears vented? I have a set of turtle beaches right now that i use to use for my xbox but the mic stopped working and there not surround sound. They still cover your whole ear, just have a bunch of holes in them so i can still hear what my kids are doing Roll

Any suggestions would be awesome. Looking to spend about 100ish USD on them.

All you need is a decent pair of headphones with TWO DRIVERS and a motherboard or sound card that supports Dolby Virtual Surround, and none of that "surround sound 5.1" headphones garbage.

Add a tabletop mic or this if insist on a "headset" http://www.modmic.com/ all you do is stick it on a pair of headphones.

Grrr.
