Local Stealth Module - Gate Hacker

I was thinking, why not have a module available that works similarly to a Cloaking module, but hides your ship in Local?

It could be restricted to certain modes of use like the cloak modules based on class of ship.

Like all modules it would diminish one capability for another. Perhaps using one along with a cloak module would be OP, so they could be mutual exclusive.

It might spawn a fun new niche of the game where a group of odd ships sneaks around to blow up stuff deep in 0.0. It might also add a fun new element to LowSec. Perhaps it could be introduced with weaker ships like Frigates.

Variations could include conditions where you get partially cloaked in Local, e.g. a pilot shows up without a name. This can be compared to the current cloaks where some you can warp with cloaked and some not...

The roleplay could be this - Frigates with this module can confuse or defeat the ship tracking systems on the stargates, and they are small enough to remain undetected. Imagine the fun of flying around with a frigate gang surprising targets.
