No rare items in dust is nothing, no special faction kills because there's not pve content. It's a lottery as is to get the items and there's no set rate for these items like a market. It's a generic mmo market where everything is a set price to buy and sell. In eve there are ships no longer available which stays in dock and equipment with really low drop rates
