pretty sure they are still bound by NDA even out of office.

The NDA lasts for 5 years ( I should check if that's 5 years frojm signing or 5 years after the information is revealed to me).

I do make an honest effort to tell people everything I can within the strictures of the NDA. I proably spend more time skirting that line that any other CSM member does, at least in public.

So if I say: Seagull has a plan, and all the CSM believe that it's real, it's deliverable and it's a good one, then I mean precisely that.

Can I just ask you this?

Does anyone at all at CCP give a **** about the myriad problems with sov, OP power projection, and the homogenisation of nullsec?

No not at all! I just spent 3 days in Iceland and all we did was throw nullsec puppies and kittens into the sharkpool and drink cognac and nulltear cocktails. Hahaha I've secretly been anti-0.0 the whole time!

In an attempt to cast off the stigma of "submarine physics," when a ship is destroyed, the wreck's surviving contents will undergo "loot spew."

Needless to say, blowing up a freighter with stacks of single pieces of trit will become the new way of dealing with on-grid cloakers and for crashing the node.

Pon Farr Memorial: once every 7 years, all the carebears in high-sec must PvP or they will be temp-banned.

Super double really successful players don't care of other players dismiss our legitimate discussion of issues as whining because we're too busy getting results.

Malcanis, I have been reading Jester's blog, En 24m, here, etc etc.
Do you seriously believe that CCP will be in any shape for this "next great thing" 2 years if something is not done with null sec now to break the hegemony of the goons.

When one of your CSM associates is painting such a gloomy picture, I can't imagine what the player base will be like by the time these changes are implemented. Null sec , specifically goon control, has to be blown up, now.

In line with the "ghost sites" and pirate research into new warp technology, the various NPC pirate factions will also perform Sansha style incursions.

However, CCP will forget to merge in the one line of code that will prevent two incursions from occurring in the same constellation and we'll get to see Sansha and the Angels fight each other in high-sec, resulting in extreme TiDi and many amusing Twitch streams. Before the node crashes.

I haven't really taken any advantage of the content made available in the last three expansions, so I don't much care what's coming in the next one.

Wasn't there a plan to bring a pirate faction focused expansion bringing mechanics similar to those of the FW ? What happened to that ? Or is it all there, just locked out behind the door (tm) ?

Looking for a group to pew with ? Have a chat with me.

Rapid Fire Artillery. Because miners in Procurers and Marauders in Bastion mode have had it too easy for too long now.

Deployable Siphons that slurp up other people's PI resources from planets. Are you down with OPP?

A deployable siphon with system wide effects that leeches other people's kill mails, i.e. you appear on the kill mail even though you didn't fire a shot.

Since Pirates are developing super-secret warp technology, we'll see hella fast pirate faction freighters and transports. Imagine if a Fenrir and a Machariel had a baby...

Nullsec has been controlled by a few powerblocs since 2007. In a week or so, there will be 3. I personally do not like that situation, and I made the strongest case that I possibly could that CCP should consider it a matter of urgency to sharply reduce power projection, in person, face to face, to every CCP person I met who had any relevence to the situation.

If CCP don't think power projection is a problem, then it's not because I didn't tell them enough.

All I want is two things,

First, either expand corp bookmarks from 250 to 500 or create alliance bookmarks.

Second, PLEX for the Removal of Unwanted Skills. You do not get reimbursed for the skill points or skill books. It was your choice to plug them in, then you should have a choice to remove them.

I'm actually posting for real here, not negative semi-troll posts. My crystal ball shows at least some of the following happening:

Ships:

Finally finishing out the T-2 sub-capital ship line by adding a new line of T2 destroyers and battlecruisers.

Pirate and additional navy faction destroyers and battlecruisers.

The holy grail of requested ships, escort carriers.

T3 frigates/destroyers.

Ship re-balancing:

Slight un-nerfing to the Hurricane. A slight increase to power grid and tank.

T-3's will feel the nerf bat in a major way. Goodbye smash mouth guardian/T-3 gangs. They will however lose there skill point loss to pave the way for T3 frigates. Frigates with skill point loss would suck in a major way.

HAC's, specifically the Munin, Eagle and Cerbrebus will be buffed. Probably with the addition of CPU, power grid and fitting slots. The Eagle will be come the new shield brawler similar to the Sacrilege's role as a armor brawler.

More T2 capital modules.

Other re-balancing/fixing of issues:

Server upgrade for Jita, to accommodate EVE's growing population. It is ridiculous you cannot enter the trade hub of New Eden at will during peak hours.

Blue loot will be changed in WH space to actually do something other than be a bounty type payout.

Low sec will be worked on even further to boost the population there.

POS will be further reworked, making them much more user friendly. Possibly an easier role assigning feature. This will likely be the most popular feature of the expansion, after the escort carrier of course.

This expansion will likely be the last one that solely focuses on just fixing ships and issues and will pave the way for the Winter 2014 expansion which will begin adding major content to EVE.

Hopefully the long-awaited cap and supercap nerfs will be coming. Probably not, but I can dream, right?
