As far as I can tell, no.

The only things that have changed are that now the sleeper frigs/cruisers in the initial spawn appear to always aggro, and the sleepless guardian spawn has a new "equilibrium" position if you spawn it with a cap and then let it sit in the site for a little bit.

They still spawn in the same location/close together, so I can't see it impacting running sites by warping to that spot.

I cba to actually run a site so this is just what I can infer from warping to the site to spawn the way to see what had changed, tbh it looks like almost nothing.

I didn't do this before the patch but been testing it on SISI and it still works. Need something like 11k+ dps or the last bs gets outta range and you need a depot to refit to stabs so you can get offgrid.
