I haven't played eve in quite a while (at least a year) so i knew any patching would take a while.

I ran the repair tool and it started downloading a patch of 4.8gb - i walked away from the computer and came back to it a few hours latrer (should have only taken about an hour to download that). When i came back it was 98% done but downloading at 22kb/s, so i canceled it and ran the repair tool again - and now it's downloading the whole 4.8gb again

Does the repair tool seriously not save the stuff it downloads? It just starts over?
