Transport Ships bonuses

Does anyone know if or when transport ships will get a rebalance?


I'm looking for Perception/ WP skills to train and "Transport Ships" is one I don't have to 5 yet... So I look at the bonuses.

Blockade runner transports
20% reduction in Cloaking Devices CPU requirement <--- Some of my fits are close on PG but CPU isnt even half. Does this help with some fits?
5% reduction in Armor Repairer duration <--- This is useless unless you want to take it into a mission.


Deep space transports
5% bonus to shield or armor hitpoints <--- Slight chance to resist a gank but not really useful
5% bonus to shield or armor repair amount <--- This is useless unless you want to take it into a mission


The sad thing is the racial industrial ship bonuses for velocity/ cargo actually make sense. It's silly to have racial industrial bonuses since the skill must be at 5 to fly the ship.

Of course that silliness applies to all T2 ships and could be a thread in itself but my point was that those types of bonuses would be useful as transport ship skill bonuses... Not the current ones

They'll be rebalanced when they get rebalanced. If it doesn't happen sooner then it will happen later.
