NPC null sec & low sec - FW

Let NPC pirates take over low sec space.
You grind up faction standing with those factions.
You can join them as an NPC corp.
They then protect you if you are attacked by non-alliance members, like Concord.
When there are X number of members they get some systems to vote on invading.
Then those stations can be attacked and taken over.
The system under attack will automatically start shooting you from the gate guns and station guns.

For everyone else, it will be like normal NPC null sec.


Oh and then it will be the reverse for any faction trying to take their system back.
Maybe have NPCs warping in to defend and attack the stations when it detects say 10+ different pilots firing on the station?

The main problem I see at the moment is the player space in between but I guess they could open a new gate for this?

Most of all I would just like to join the Guristas and breathe more life into the story of this faction.

One problem would be POSes and getting them. Maybe people who set up a Gurista POS can set permissions for that POS as though they are CEO? However, anyone can fly inside the forcefield and not be shot by the guns. Just can't use anything unless given specific by name permissions.
