Why no faction Damps?

No faction RSDs.

Why the hell not? Anyone who's run serpentis blockade will know they've got the good stuff.

....not that I've seen them in game, but Pyfa claims there is a shadow serpentis RSD. I guess it's only in the eve database then, with no way to acquire it?

I have no problem with them adding faction damps.

Did you know an Celestis/Lachesis/Keres can get over 78% damping per damp with meta 4 damps?

Please for the love of Cthulu, let CCP hold off on the addition of stronger faction damps until they finish beating sensor damps with a hammer. Even a percentage or two on the base damps could translate into damp percentages of over 80% per damp. It's already completely idiotic how high bonused damps get.

Because standard damps are OP enough already

the entire enemy support fleet is dead except for one interdictor a titan could easily finish off with drones  - Commander Ted

because damps are op!

But hey anyone who knew what was up told CCP that they made them this way. Between Damps and Drones...It must be Gallentes turn to be top ****.

is that with those crappy rigs too? and overheating? Don't even care. If they're broken, its probably because damps (and webs) have their strength calculated by increasing the bonus itself, rather than working like resistances.

Also, faction damp batteries exist, but not modules.
