Launcher completely fails to update

So I just reactivated my subscription on 11/2/2014 and played abit before the downtime on that day. After the downtime, my client failed to update to the latest build, spitting out the following error: http://pastebin.com/YXXuLts7

Using the repair tool yields nothing, while reinstalling the game also has no effect. I've also attempted to manually patch using the patch files found in this thread (https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=301385&find=unread) but the launcher spits out the same error. I've submitted a support ticket but it has no response yet. My eve account is bound to Steam and I am running Windows 7 Home Premium.

Does anybody know why this is happening and how to fix it?
