[COSMOS] Hjoramold Plex - Uni-Dimensional Algorithm Code key

Hi,

I am trying to get into the nefantar ruins/ relic storage, for which you need the Uni-Dimensional Algorithm Code.

I have been at it for some days now, but i have not seen a single one of those keys.
Yesterday i scanned all archeology cans with a cargo scanner, and not one of them showed a Uni-Dimensional Algorithm Code.

I am wondering if anyone actually found one there in the last months?
Is thplex possibly broken?

They are there. I believe their respawn is on some kind of timer (a couple of hours or so) so if someone takes them just before you get there you may have to wait a while b4 one reappears.

Last time I went there (yesterday, actually) there were 2 of them in 2 different cans. It was shortly after DT.

Thumbs up for the cargo scanner, it's a wonderful tool for the plex (but also frustrating one, when you know you've just failed to catch a can with profound notes for the fifth time in a row Ugh - actually happened to me yesterday too, lol),

Also, if you are really desperate you can always check the local contracts for those (but expect the price to be steep).

Thanks, I'll give it a couple more tries. The key is destroyed if you use it, right?

Yes, it's a one time use only. Bring a salvaging alt in there if you have one if you score the key, or deploy the Mobile tractor unit. Should be some easy extra isk from the salvage.

one more question: You do need one key per ship? or one per fleet? or does it unlock for a time?

Never tried it for the time lapse, only needed one while in fleet with alt.

Thanks for all the info, i got 1 key yesterday. after something like 4 days trying. Somehow i dont think this is going to be worth it :)

Well it depends what stuff you can pull form the cans ;). Just make sure you do the research o what's worthwile b4 you go in.

2 more tips:

1) Make sure you are equipped to kill webbing / scramming frigs quickly, and
2) bring a really good tank - at least in the 800 dps region - *omni* - like a tengu or a loki with a deadspace L / XL booster.

The respawn is very quick and it's really not worth killing stuff if you intend to be hacking cans (and there's no real other reason to go in there)

There's more stuff you'll learn as far which cans to hack, which spew containers to chase etc but I'll let you have fun figuring it out in your own ;).

Thing is you DO have to kill quite a few of rats before hacking, as they are they are 'guarding' the cans you want to access.

A thing I noticed is, agro seems to be a bit bugged and you can get it (and keep it) from far away rats and the successive spawns will follow up that agro, so you will end up being followed all over by the different pack of rats after a while. That has been solo over 3-4 delve in that particular pocket.

Been a few months though, it may have changed (been patched)?

This is what I think actually has changed with the new spew container mechanic. I've hacked a lot of cans and only had to kill the webbing frigs (cause they impeded my movement), never got the 'guarding' message.
