not beign cost effective does not make it not easy. He is right in that its rpetty weasy and not much skills or coordination is required.

I copy/paste it and put average per month for each yea. seem it increase by twice every year since 2011. but doubt it will keep this pace for 2014.

either way, I won't be surprise if average per month will hit 6k for 2014

It has definitely increased. It has LITERALLY increased every month without fail with the exception of one or two, and this exception includes april.
