[Missing] Caldari incursion Boats.

There is a serious lack of Caldari Gunboats for Incursions. Too much skills need to be learned and perfected to fly crossbreeds. Isnt there something that CCP can do to atleast launch a navy faction Rokh or something ? Missile boats are hardly used.

I dont mind training pirateboats but if u dont have the skills for it, taking over months to be effective, they should atleast have soemthing between a t1 bs and the pirate stuff.
