Remote tracking computers are bugged

Along with a couple of friends, I was testing out remote tracking computers on the test server.

This is what happened:

I started with Remote Tracking Computer 2 and found that both scripted and unscripted it was having zero effect on the turrets on the ship it was boosting. I was checking the stats on the turrets with the same ammo loaded, and by doing a show info from the fitting screen.

Next I tried a meta level module to see if there was any difference. I used a Phase Switching Remote Tracking Computer. This worked immediately when unscripted, but when scripted it failed to have any effect on the turrets of the ship it was boosting. Next I tried overloading the module while scripted and found that it then worked as intended. After this, the module then proceeded to also work as intended when not overloaded and scripted.

During this time we thought it may be just an issue with the stats not showing on the guns themselves, but we tested against ships in and out of the optimal and fall of ranges and also found no effect so am very sure that the modules indeed were not being effected by the tracking computers.

The tracking computers were also being activated 9kms away from the target ship so not outside the falloff of the remote tracking computer module.
