POS Anchoring BUGGED. CCP, respond to my petition....

So we went into a WH, setup a POS. Got it all setup and proper. Woke up, tower is 200km away from all the modules. Modules say online, but when try to take ship out of ship maint array, or put offline....it says its already offline. So could not un anchor anything. Petitioned CCP, no response. Small force came and destroyed everything..we lost tons of assets, and our tower is currently reinforced.

This is a MAJOR PROBLEM. Have lost BILLIONS as well as TIME because of a really horrible bug.

I need a response on this ASAP. This needs to be fixed.
