Forums Time Test compared to EVE Online Time Test compared to Real Time Clock.

(When will I be able to get my "post once per 24 hours" without bumping.
And why is the EVE Online time not synchronized with the Forums time anymore?
It used to be set at an exactly specific time and was always the same.
Now, it's off by 6 hours from before or more...)

The time is now 5 hours difference instead of 4 due to difference in the Daily Saving Time zones conventions..
