I've reduced the 2013 destroyed data to just the war zone systems.

how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value

Excellent work. I was surprised how far down the list Innia / Eha were given the constant bloodbaths there, but it makes sense given how much of those fights are plexing fleets for the most part.

Also shows how much more active, PvP wise, the Cal/Gal warzone is.
