Tuulinen-haan, you're wearing a Quafe shirt. That's an automatic demerit, and your competition gets to headbutt you first.

Please. Respect the intent of this thread, and Kim-haani's considerable dedication to the cause.

The theme should be Caldari nightclub, with Achuran synthpop, Starsi! and vodka, with prizes to the Civire who headbutts the most attendees before security intervenes.

Just give me the prize, already. I'm the headbuttingest Civire I know!

Challenge. Accepted. Bring a crash helmet, kirjuun... And some good vodka.

If I recall correctly, Tuulinen-haan wears that shirt with Intentionally Ironic Pride.

It's more in the way of a handicap, Priano-haani. It's to let the lesser chins keep up.

For the first time since I started the conversation, he looks me dead in the eye. In his gaze are steel jackhammers, quiet vengeance, a hundred thousand orbital bombs frozen in still life.

Fair enough. You bring a box to stand on, Agiri.

Boyo, there's only one way an extra inch and a half is going to make any difference... And you're married. I'd be the least of your concerns if THAT measurement somehow came into play. Big smile

Yup, it'd be the half-meter atop my shoulders I'd need to fear for.

Automatic demerit or not, I think he looks quite good in it. He may also may or may not secretly actually be a Quafe fan, and can wear the Quafe shirt ironically while secretly beaming with Quafe pride... because you know... QUAFE! Stuffs great you know.

The moment they send me a shirt, I'll wear that!

As everyone here should know, the acme of traditional Civire martial arts is not in the forehead, but in the chin. A well-conditioned chin is both weapon and shield, and can be used to smash through sturdy doors.

In these times of long-range combat and starships, beards have become fashionable among Civire men as much for safety as for any other reason. In case of accidental gurning, the extra cushioning provided by the whiskers can prevent structural damage to the station.

I have two words of wisdom for any non-Civire who suggests trying to headbutt a Civire.

"You first."

Andreus Ixiris > A Civire without a chin is barely a Civire at all.

Pieter Tuulinen > He'd be Civirely disadvantaged, Andreus.
