I presume it is possible to do so can anyone advise me on how to fit and be able to online eight Light Neutron Blaster II guns Question

I have mostly lvl 5 and some a few lvl 4 in the relevant skills and a 3% CPU hardwiring but the eighth gun will not go online.

I'm referring to the standard Catalyst suicide gank fit. I can fit the T2 Ions with no problems but I'd like to be able to use a full set of T2 Neutrons if possible.

If anyone can let me know how or if this is possible I would be grateful.

Cheers in advance.

Though I wouldn't suicide in it. If you don't have Advanced Weapons Upgrades, you can switch aux thrusters to a pg rig.

First of all, if you are suiciding into large ships like barges and exhumers then use Void ammo with T2 guns, not antimatter.

Secondly, for a straight ganking fit use this :

You can field that with CPU management and weapon upgrades @lvl V without using a CPU implant. DPS with the standard issue SH-603 and RF-903 is about 715-728 (depending on your specialization skill).

If you have to scram, remove the collision rig for a POU and grab a meta1-2 scram in the place of one of the sebos. DPS is 695-708.

Lastly, for regular ops you might be interested to use a meta cata for the job. Cost is about 3mil rigged, and DPS is 513 with FN Antimatter.

I trained CPU management from lvl 3 to lvl 4 and there didn't seem to be any change. Looks like I will have to train CPU Management & Weapon Upgrades from lvl 4 to lvl 5 and see if that makes enough improvement.

I'm not sure your first fitting would run with three T2 Mag. Stabs. with any CPU hardwirings to support it. I think I will need to fit a scram so what is the full name for the POU rig you mentioned?

The second fitting wouldn't deliver enough damage for my purposes I reckon. I'm looking at a minimum of meta 4 Ions.

The first fitting runs well with the skills posted with it. You should really get both CPU management and weapon upgrades to V asap. Both skills are vital and cheap to train (level 1-2), while weapon upgrades V is very important because it opens the advanced weapon upgrades skill. The last one is a vital fitting skill, since it reduces the PG needed to mount launchers/turrets, thus making a lot of loadouts viable without implants.

POU=processor overclocking unit.
