I confuse because my alt got banned.

I Log to Eve in the Internet cafe (*Public access PC) , and after few second my account got disconnected. When I log back I receive message account banned Eula violation . Any one have similar problem ?

I already make petition few days ago but still not get respond from CCP side :/

CCP, from what I hear, goes to pretty decent lengths to ensure that account sharing doesn't become an issue. I have no idea if this is what happened to you but it might be an explanation ... good luck.

Probably the IP adres is banned and therefore all accounts using that computer/IP get banned. Just a guess though.

Just wait for CCP to answer the petition, be patient.

When I log in from another IP, it asks me to name one of my characters. Maybe someone at your internet cafe was doing something illegal or maybe you were doing something illegal and now you're using this thread as an 'I was at an internet cafe' alibi.
