Can we get a queue when waiting outside stargates and at login screen?

I would like to propose a queuing system be put in place when waiting outside stargates or at the login screen due to excessive traffic in a star system. I don't think anyone has ever said to themselves, "oh great, Jita is full, let me go buy from somewhere else". We all just end up sitting there spamming jump for minutes on end.

Queue us please.

There already is a queue… The line starts at "D" spamming. Lol

I am currently away, traveling through time and will be returning last week.
