TIL broker fees and taxes are partially based on standings

can someone help me with that ? the only thing i found on the issue is this link:

sadly it no longer works :(

can someone tell me the formula or direct me towards a link that actually works ?

well, that looks a bit more complicated than what i hoped for :o

at least i got something to build in python now, can't really have enough python projects to work on, especially when learning.

Am i correct with the following assumptions ?

Sales Tax = 1.5% (reduced to 1.35, 1.2, 1.05, 0.9, 0.75 with Accounting 1-5)
Base Brokers fee as used in the formula = 1.0% (reduced to 0.9, 0.8, 0.7, 0.6, 0.5 with Broker relations 1-5)
