Bounty System Broken: able to place bounty on my own head.

I thought I'd try an experiment tonight by placing bounty on myself. When I clicked the little white plus sign on my character information sheet, I placed the minimum bounty of 100,000 ISK on my head to see what would happen. It just so happens that I was able to place that bounty on my head. Doesn't that seem a little weird to you that I was able to place that Isk on my own head?
