Capsuleer Clouseau

FILE SUBJECT: Chief Capsuleer Clouseau

STATUS: Active

LEVEL CLEARANCE: Unrestricted

Clouseau's exploits in the Gallente fleet are legendary. Marked with chaos and destruction he largely causes himself, his ship to ship interactions usually lead to misfortune for himself and others. Regardless of his rather unique methodologies and questionable skillsets, Clouseau still manages to complete missions and collect bounties, even if this success is achieved entirely by accident. Despite his many failings, he is seemingly convinced that he is a brilliant space pilot destined to succeed and rise through the ranks of the Federation.

He is a patriotic Gallentian; his Federation is professedly his highest priority, though he is quick to champion the causes of the underdog. He has been prone to infatuation (which is often reciprocated) ever since being cuckolded by Angel Cartel pirate Sir Charles Phantom, the notorious Pink Lytton. He is repeatedly perplexed by transvestites, to the extent that he addresses them as "Sir or Madam".

Clouseau considers himself a cunning master of disguise, and he insists upon using elaborate costumes and aliases that range from the mundane (a Minmatar warpgate repairman) to the preposterous (a bucktoothed Caldari hunchback with an oversized nose). He uses these disguises to discover clues or obtain confessions, but usually these schemes fail miserably (foiling his own subterfuge or revealing his presence or identity), yet the objective somehow progresses and succeeds despite his incompetence. Some of his preferred pseudonyms include Professor Guy Gadbois, Antique Superstructure Authority from Caduceus and Andre Botot, Mustard Salesman from Jita.

Approach with caution.
