I can't seem to find any topics recently about this topic so here goes:

CCP: Can you change the trait bonus on T2 Cloaky Haulers to something more useful?

Reasoning: T2 Haulers are a tad behind when it comes to usefulness. The T2 cloaky haulers were granted a cargo immunity role bonus, the Transport trait remaind a Cargo rep bonus and a decrease in Cov Ops cloaking requirements. Only one of these can be construed as useful, as the cov ops cloaks are quite heavy on the CPU and any cov ops ship has the bonus for that specific reason. However, there is no cov ops ship that has a rep bonus. I would postulate that this would imply that cov ops ships are meant for either getting through areas as quickly as possible without being seen or being able to sneak up closely and deploying whatever tactics (cov ops cyno's, weapons, etc). Obviously one Transport ship class with heavy tanking bonuses such as armor hit points and rep bonus and a role bonus of Warp strength make sense. Make the other Transport class more clear cut.

Solution: Change the rep bonus to a 5% agilty bonus. Simple. Any sort of tanking with haulers is often a joke (read: Impel), and while the application of Transport ships toward being able to withstand fire for a short time makes the rep bonus have some semblence of reason, the Cloaky hauler bonus simply does not. This would allow for quicker warps, and wouldn't make the CovOps uncatchable because bubbles still can catch them easily. Not only that, but it would make the Transport skill worth training past 1. Add all of this together and you have a ship that can actually haul cargo without bonuses that simply can' tbe used.

Conclusion: I believe this is a quality of life update that can be easily applied to all the cloaky haulers without needing serious rebalancing.

Add to T2 Blockade Runner's the ability to fit Target Spectrum Breaker.

Like OP said, 5% Armor repper is oddball. Everything else about the Viator reads like a Covert Ops / Black Ops ship, yet the Target Spectrum Break (fittable to BlackOps, Marauder and BattleShip) is not there as an option.
