New question!

Is there a way you can check for a cenus of the larger ships? Like for a crew count & all that? I can't imagine one person is really piloting a Battleship or something like that all by their lonesome.

Each ship comes with its own set of crew. There is a website somewhere that lists the amount of crew each class of ship has.

And as in true Costa Concordia style, the entire crew except the captain go down with the ship.

Okay…

How long does it generally take for a Support Ticket to be answered?

I crashed during a "duel" & my brand new Battleship was totally lost.

I'd like to get it back if possible so I supported a ticket. Really upset over this x\ what kind of a duel system allows for complete destruction of a ship anyway?

Umm... I hate to break this to you, but duels will generally result in at least one ship being lost.

Ships are tools in this game, not something to get attached to. Consider them lost when you undock and be pleasantly surprised if any survive the day. And if you PvP, they are even closer to ammunition than weapons. You're the weapon, not the ship.

It's highly unlikely you'll get a ship back from losing one while logged out in a duel, even if you crashed. But you never know.

That's the spirit :)

As a new player I recommend you stick to smaller ships like Frigates and Destroyers for a while. I'm a new player too, and with about three months in, I am still all about Frigates.

Thanks x) No sense in rage-quitting, I've been thru this before with MMO's, just gotta take your [probally deserved] hits for foolish acts & get back into the game afterward.
