Ruined Serpentis Science Outpost - Inaccessible cans?

I probed down 3 different "Ruined Serpentis Science Outpost" Relic sites in nullsec today, and all 3 sites had two out of the five cans inaccessible... No matter what angle I approached, i would just bounce off the big outpost structure. Closest I could get to either can was just under 6km.

Anyone else run into this? or find a way to get to the cans? Sucks, cause I scanned them and one had a very valuable station blueprint.
