- If they are a longstanding PvE player they probably already have high standing with all factions, regardless if you have ISK datacentres will do it

- Hey I got one of those started, some of those weird unique ships are damn expensive though. The more challenging part is if you also make a rule you can FLY all of them.

- You just need standing over 5.0 with the major factions ... see 4) above

7)
- You can actually run level L4's in an assault frigate if you swap the AFs to match those ridiculous resists that AFs have to match the damage type of the mission rats ... getting sufficient DPS can be an issue though
