Some alliances will do anything to stay in the limelight.

Killing one of their alt's Nestor in an effort to be able to say 'FIRST!' is pretty low.

There are worse things in eve. Plus, shiny explosions are always good regardless of the source.

soooo ... in theory ....

... you could buy a whole batch of Nestors and let groups of 30 people kill them at 100 mill per person. They all get a Nestor KM and you make about a billion a pop.

If people were willing to pay for them, suuuuure? I doubt people would pay 100m to get on a Nestor killmail. Or any for that matter.
