Hi there!

I would like to check the price of a good PVP toon for a starter.
I would prefer someone who could fly frigates,destroyers and cruisers
Preferably T2 small blasters (Other will do as well)

Just generally good skills .. I don't want a guy with all skills lvl 5 since that would totally overshoot the budget that I'm thinking about.

So what do you guys think the price of such characters would be?
