Investors update

Recent slump in profits shown on eve-mogul. This is no error. I have been aqcuiring goods to ship off to low sec. 1.5b of buy orders has been moved at the cost of 85m. Profits will return shortly as I get back out to low sec to post the orders.

This evening the sell orders will go up. Get ready to either see some serious action or a dud. Worst case, nothing sells and I need to ship it back to Jita at a substantial loss. Shipping is done with collateralized hauling orders via black frog. The isk will not simply vanish.

Oh, the higher interest loans will be paid off sooner rather than later. Expect full payment of loan and interest in 10-20 days. If you wish to keep your interest going you are welcome to drop to the 5% interest rate bracket.

I may re-evaluate paying off the loans if the returns are excessive.

I've profited my first billion according to Eve-mogul. Yay!


Had some other profits from small time manufacturing, investing in an alt running FW has has overall losses though that is beginning to turn around.

Profits from low-sec hubs are substantial in % gains. I am looking forward to seeing the numbers increase as I withdraw a bit from highsec trading and spread into some of the low-sec areas.

0 losses thus far from delivering/shipping items.

And I have a little bling on my personal battleship.

I funneled a little more ISK into the project via 2 plex to offset the isk I have sent to my alt for FW and for the modules I have purchased for my own ship.

I will be closing out this loan in the next week.

Those with collateral loans please contract the items back including the 5% interest.

Alikith 200m loan. With interest 210m.
Piter Presley 400m loan. With interest 420m.
I Was There.. You will receive 440m by the 18th.

I will open a new thread for a new higher loan (2-5b) with lower interest, no collateral, and a longer period between payments. I am looking at interest payments made every 2 weeks at 7%. Just over 14% per month.

Just opened up Tycoon adding 32 new orders per skill level. This will open the doors to adding goods in another trade hub in low sec.

Once a few orders post I will have achieved 2b in profit according to eve-mogul.com

My first 1b of profits was achieved on 2-24-14 after just over a month of trading. Next 1b of profit obtained 3-11-14. Just shy of 1 week.

eve-mogul does not take into account shipping costs which have been far offset by the profits.

Taking reservations for new loan. Current an already paid off investors have priority.

I will run the new loan for no less than 4 pay periods or 8 weeks.

I have not yet received the contract for items from "Alikith". Value of contract 200m collateral. Payoff amount for contract to be returned 210m. I am showing it due to be paid off to you on 3-15-14. In the event that I do not receive the contract for items I will send interest only. 2 ingame evemails sent to client regarding the above. I will be diligent in contacting the invested party.

I have received the contract from "Piter Presley", to be accepted 3-18-14 in the amount of 420m

Planning to send 440m to "I was There" for the uncollateralized loan as payment in full plus the final interest payment 3-16-14


To date, I have received no interest regarding the second loan I will open a request for following the closing of this one.

As an update, I have found a supplier of T2 goods that will deliver in bulk without shipment charges.
