new buffed destroyer = t2 frigates ?

with incoming buff of the destroyer class, unless some buff (4th bonus ?) is added to t2 frigate, can we consider that they are more or less of the same value warship destroyer = damage / t2 frigate = tank
but for less than 25% price ?

AF buff has been about for so long that noone on their good mind would expect CCP to actually do something.
