Fantastic! Thank you so much...I know that 'big' features are all kinds of exciting and stuff, but the "Little Things" make a comparatively HUGE difference in the day-to-day, so appreciate both the work on them, and the time spent to communicate it!

Excellent, excellent job! That Rhavas suggestion is brilliant. This will save me incredible time typing a system into chat, highlighting, linking, then setting destination, then deleting.

Can't wait to dual box my Dust toon and EVE toon on the same machine!

I can't say I'm a fan of the fitting list taking up more space than it did previously. Is there any way to to make the module icons smaller, or preferably just have the little triangle denotating the meta level and not use the module icons at all.

Other than that seems decent.

RHAVAS gets credit?!

Why even have a forum if it's never read?

I had/posted this exact idea 6 months prior.

Thanks Burseg, and especially thanks CCP Karkur!

My original Christmas list post is here, it has other good stuff you should read too.

My followup is here.

And in all fairness, unbenknownst to me my excellent corpmate PinkKnife came up with the exact same idea earlier than I did; her original forum post is here.

Great changes across the board, love the Little Things!

Sorry about that... I don't remember seeing this exact thread, but I think I had seen something like this suggested before.
Like I said, it was kind of just perfect timing Smile to bring up this idea.
There are so many great suggestions and I do write a lot of them down on my long wishlist, but it's just hard to get to them all.

Either way, great idea Big smile

Adding my smile.

:)

Also, next pass sort out a keyboard shortcut for the open wreck option.

Just looking at the screenshots, the fitting window is massively better with the icons, even if it does use a little more space.
Same thing with the show info page - the coloured bars are so much easier to see at a glance.

I'm sure you're already aware, but the show info attributes would benefit from being in a consistent order between items. Not every attribute will be there, but if it's always the same order, you'd have a better idea of where to look.
I can't think of an example, but the text descriptions are not always consistent between items and I'm reasonably sure there's cases of the units being different as well.

I like these a lot.

Although, does anyone else think that it's really sad that by far the best thing about Rubicon 1.1 is going to be the "little things" UI improvement and not the headlining features like indiscriminate nerfs and broken deployables?

Very happy about the attributes tab and the fitting management window

(The 'view contents' option in ship context menus is useless in station everywhere but the assets screen now that we have Unified Inventory. It should be changed to 'view fitting', opening the fitting management window, so you don't have to change ships to see and share the fit)
