exploit use of junk to uncloak??

To my knowledge, this has always been OK so long as the cans are not being spammed to cause client/server lag. A quick googling shows this going back as far as 2010: http://oldforums.eveonline.com/?a=topic&threadID=1353163

However, neither I nor anyone else posting here is an official CCP GM, so our opinions and experience hardly matter. Also...
