Ok, so my alts working on the leadership skills and can fit shield and or mining to a orca now, question is is there a preferred command ship for 0.0 alliances and wh corps? Far as I can see the only skill standing in the way is BC 5 otherwise almost all the skills cross over.

Skirmish links and armor links are always welcome. *For PvP*
I'm not sure what ships can mix and match these days, but it would be prudent to read all the bonus details and think it out.

First I would find out what the fleet needs in regards to links and then worry about the ship. All command ships can be pretty good of you enjoy the play style they are meant for.

That being said, for tank. Lots of tanks. Tank tank tank. In any pvp setting, logo, wear, and command ships are prime for ****.

LOL I hear ya on the phone, alts training all the leadership skills and i know armor tanks are "usually" the norm for 0.0 (or used to be, its been 2 plus years since I was out there), but with all the changes since I left they (command ships) seem to be the same, either missile or guns What?

Damnation for almost all Fleet work with Armor due to its insane buffer.

Basically this - Don't use the Abso in that role.

If you are going to do this on an alt, consider a t3 booster instead. On these you can fit up to six links and still make them hard to scan if you use the correct implants. The difference in the actual boost efficiency compared to commandships is marginal and you can place t3's off grid, in a hard to scan config, which makes it easier for you to focus on your main - I'm assuming you don't have much experience regarding boxing several clients in PVP.

PvP no, PvE (mining and such)...*sigh* and my past 0.0 was over 2 years back when BoB was still the big dog. Hadn't thought about a T3 in that roll (warfare links), guess I'll look into that as cruiser 5 should be less than bc 5
