it was in one those Reddit AMAs, rise didn't exactly black and white say "were gonna nerf ya boys" he said along the lines of "no one ship should be good at so many things" basically the CCP non culpable way of saying "prepare to be nerfed to oblivion".

Thanks for all the replies. I decided to go for a Tengu and will probably do some daytripping to low sec/null sec and C3 wormholes.

Even though some of you disagreeing with the Tengu being the best choice, I think the overall consensus seems to be it's at least a very good start to T3 PvE. And for the nerf, well, I hope it won't be too harsh.

Good choice, you will not regret it probably.
