I know a guy who collects corpses, even has a special treatment involving mayonnaise and plastic wrap before storing in what he calls his 'hobby closet'. You might try contacting him.

Sorry bud. The wiki is outdated. You can do PI on planets in Jita, you just have to pay the owners first.
