A mining permit is very cheap and a really good deal. I've said many times prices should be raised. But, it's true that it is a lot more funny to see what players will lose because of their refusal to pay such a small amount and abide by the Code. Still, we will work hard for 100% compliance. It's the right thing to do.

I'm more then willing to lose your ships to my escort and CONCORD. Permits are for chumps and people without a spine.
