Planet Smasher Incorporated is a small mining corporation operating in High Sec. We currently produce around 4 to 8 million in ore and mineral sales revenue per day. We just gained three new pilots, so we should be able to expand operations to 16 to 20 million a day.

The corporation is freeing up 800,000 shares at 50 isk per share. Why are we looking for extra capital for a mining corporation? The same reason any corporation would, we can expand faster. As we gain pilots, we'd like to be able to provide Barges and skill books for them. Ship equipment. The corporation has bills, etc. As an investor, you will receive daily dividends. If you wish to mine for us you get a small signing bonus, some shares every week, and daily dividends.

Our short term goals are to simply continue expanding mining operations in High Sec. We will be working toward expanding into low sec and eventually breaking into Gas mining and booster production, but that's a long way off.

Are you able to give details on what sort of rate of return you are expecting, as i may be interested in picking up the full amount of shares?

your valuation is 40 billion?

10 million a day mining profits.. would take something like 5 years to begin making a return on investment.. Unless I'm missing something.

Try redoing the calculation again...800,000 shares at 50 isk per share

Before I consider an investment, two questions.

1) What actions are you taking to reduce ganking losses?

2) Are your mining operations in compliance with the New Haliama Code of Conduct? Highsec mining can otherwise be... expensive. In the New Order we are on track to liquidate a hundred Orcas this week.

I love it when miners do. Security status is like a currency - either you spend it, or it burns a hole in your pocket.


I see it as ganking and accept it as part of the game...if it happens to me, just a smile and well done is all that will be forthcoming, no tears to add to the collection. Big smile

That makes you a Gallant, not a Goofus. Which is one step toward Code compliance.

You still need to take the other steps, however, if you want both the increased safety compliant miners enjoy, and the reduced competition that comes with less bots and bot aspirants in highsec.

Alas, i will never be compliant as i do not believe that i should be changing my playing style to meet the expectations of anothers play style Big smile

I fully support that both playing styles exist and should exist, i just don't support being told how i should be playing this game...after all it is just a game P
