Black screen after character selection

I can hear sound but no interface, try it so far

cleared caches Sad
repair tool Sad
another computer Sad

nothing solves can anybody help ? working well 4 hours ago never happened before
also issued support ticket = no reply

created another character everything works fine !

Well no help but problem solved if anybody have similar issue this might help, (sorry for my english)

system : core2duo 2.8ghz - ati 7750 - 4gb ram - directx 9 - win7 64

Problem begins when i try to jump gate to gate everything becomes unclickable and none of keyboard commands work so i kill the client and restart launcer after character selection screen goes black can hear music sound but nothing except cursor

**** Before you try anything if you set destination try auto pilot shortcut on keybord at black screen ( icant do it beacuse i already cleard caches) jumping or docking might help ****

Useless solving methods (my experience) :

Clearing caches, repair tool , default settings,safe mode ( you dont need to lose all data) so dont clear caches) and trying different pc with different hardware

SOLUTION :Just wait next server down time after that everything comes back so you dont need to lose your settings
