if you had a skill training before the break the api may have reported it as still training and eveboard assumed it kept training and was done, where when you resubbed the game said, nope it stopped (3 days?) after your sub expired, and eveboard is just now seeing that.

I know evenmon thinks my alt has marauders 5 trained, but nearly all of that was on an expired account so when I do resub him I will "lose" a bunch of sp in evemon, but it shouldn't really have ever been there.
