Character Bazaar

I'm on the hunt for a new character to play on just for fun and to switch things up a bit from what I'm used to on my current main. I've been playing Eve since 2005 and so I'm seeking a character that I don't need to put a lot of work into to have a variety of ships/mods/weapons at my disposal to mess with right off the bat, like I'm used to on my other chars.

That being said, I'd like this character to have wonderful core skills for tanking shield and/or armor, maximizing the cpu, cap, PG, targeting, nav, gunnery, missiles, navigation, etc etc. He must be a close-to-perfect subcap pilot, and any capital capabilities will just be a huge bonus for me. That being said...

Some key areas (other than the core skills) I'm looking to have a lot of SP invested in would be:

• Maxed (or close) hybrids of all sizes
• Maxed (or close) gunnery supports
• Other maxed guns
• Maxed weap upgrades and Adv weap upgrades
• Superb missile skills (Gotta have this)
• Scanning abilities
• Rigging (like T2 shield rigs)
• Drones (Max DI, other supports, sentries, etc) (Need this too)
• Subsystems (Proteus, Tengu pref.)
• Misc. Social skills (for missions)
• Neural (cybernetics 5, JCs etc)
• Leadership 5 along with others
• Electronics proficiency (Cloaking, TP, Jamming and so on, more is better)

As for piloting abilities, I'm looking for ship skills for the following :
(Any others not listed are bonuses!)

• Some or all racial frigs 5 (Gallente & Cald a must)
• Some or all racial des 5
• Some or all racial cruisers 5 (Gal & Cald a must)
• Some or all racial BC 5 (Gal & Cald a must)
• Some or all racial BS 5 (Caldari is a must though)
• Assault frigs 5
• HICs
• HACs 5
• Interceptors 5
• Covert Ops 5
• Gal Strat Cruiser 5
• Recon 5
• Black Ops 5 (widow a must)
• Marauders 5 (Golem a must)

Moving on from ships, I want this char to have good standing with a few corps if possible, enough to run some lvl 4s, and lvl 4 standing with Sisters of Eve would be a big plus.

Focused characters with a lot of level 5 skills will be greatly preferred over toons with an 'all over the place' skillset.

Some jump clones would be nice, decent sec status would be as well, but not necessarily required.

A few little things, like a decent name, without random numbers and all that, would be cool. An older age toon would be nice too since my other characters are from the early days.

Other than all that, extras/bonuses will be reviewed and will greatly help my decision to purchase your character!

One last thing, note that everything I'm asking for is my perfect scenario character- and yours most likely will vary a bit from above... that's perfectly OK!

Not to ruin your thread, but Im starting to see that there are quite a few of us waiting for such a toon as per above.
Seems to be a shortage of the 65m-90mil sp toons out there

i think part of the problem is your budget. i saw a 100m sp with only sub cap go for 45b just a week ago. so seems like a budget problem.
Although, I had been considering selling my main and upgrading. as for your list he has everything in the top section
