[Bug or possible exploit?] Using only 2 cycle of heavy water to compress ice which takes 3 hrs

Here is a bug/exploit depending on how CCP wants to see it:

1. Before downtime, start the core on the rorqual.
2. Start as many compression jobs for ice (4x 250 ice =~ 2hrs 40mins to 3hrs+ per rorqual compression slot)
3. When downtime occurs, wait a few hours before login back in. When you log in, your ice will have completed compression.
4. Start core and complete compression jobs.

This means you can compressed 1000 ice with very little heavy water used when downtime occurs.
