I know Caldari can stage up (for FW missions) from Onnamon... where do the rest stage up from for their missions?

You must be mistaken. The Caldari have Innia. I do not know of this "Onnamon" you speak of. Similar to how people keep talking about Ichoriya like it's a place.

Before using explicitives, yes it can be. A mission staging can be any location which has a level 4, hopefully more than one, but whatever. If you're doing FW missions you'll be picking up from various routes anyways. Starting from Innia you can make a full circle through to Enaluri, up into Onnamon/Ich, down back into Aivonen area, and then end at Rakapas which just so happens to be along a pipe line leading to Gal low/high where you tend to have to travel if optimizing your missions.

Do the missions in the circle around Black Rise/Placid and you'll come out near Oicx/Vlil usually, where Innia is just two or so jumps away. Turn them all in/pick up more in the circle a second time. Repeat process. Efficiency for chaining level 4 missions. Learn them. That and LP rewards are higher in lowsec agents, of which this path takes you through the majority of 0.3 systems and a couple 0.2. So even more LP as well as more missioning options.

trigger99, and low sec gives better LP, and low sec is closer to the mission sites.

I'm not reading this wall of text, but I've been doing Caldari FW longer than you've been playing more than likely. Innia is a plexing staging ground out of LS. Onnamon is where people who do not PvP in FW stage for easy turn in and sale. If you think otherwise you're a raging idiot and should stop pretending otherwise.

Apparently "stage" really means "turn in FW LP"

I guess the dude is really asking "Where do you turn in your FW LP?" Answer: Any high sec FW station.

Nisuwa has a good Caldari lvl 4 State Pro agent in station for those in Cal Mil and it's located conveniently near Caldari high sec so you can pick up a mission on your way out.

For amarr I start in sasi. Hitting up missions in sosala. Tannaken. Oyon and kurni along the way (currently oyon and sosala are undockable)

Can start in myh? But That's just another high sec jump so men..... And can slip into gammel too but again. Highsec missions reward less and you get more than enough on the low sec pipeline

Strange. I know Google Translate has troubles, but that's the first time I've seen "get horrifically slaughtered and laughed at" mis-translated as "pick up a mission on your way out".

Or are the Gallente planning to surrender Nisuwa?

best system to take mission is lowest security status so onnamon is not one.
